Hear me loud.... ANYONE considering buying a timeshare from Diamond Resorts should give me a call or email first!

We have been fooled and lied  by this company into thinking we were getting something amazing that we could pass down to our generations and would be of great value... Boy was that all a lie!!!!!

Words cannot express my thoughts about Alan's progress! I am proud as well as amazed! He is so close to his goal and he made this look sooooo easy, yet he worked so hard! We love Plexus!!!!

Getting Fit and Heatlhy!

Stats as of 08.18.14: Alan has dropped 32 pounds and I have hit my 10 pound loss mark!!! We are super thrilled and we feel younger and healthier than we have since our teenage/twenty years!!!

But more than just weight loss, we feel more energetic! I used to drag all day and was always eager to be in bed and thinking about it by 7 or 8 every night! Now, I rarely go to bed before 11 BY CHOICE! And I wake up refreshed and ready to go again!

Plexus gave us what we needed to begin our healthy journey. It gives us extra energy and ability to say no to bad stuff and YES to good, healthy stuff!

Down 30 pounds with Plexus--- Salute to my husband!!!!!

This is my husband Alan and his progress after being on Plexus for 5 weeks!!!! He has shed 30 pounds, lowered his insulin intake, and feels energetic and happy with results!!!

His endocrinologist is also amazed and excited! She has allowed him to remove his insulin pump and move to a once-a-day long acting insulin shot while adding a new prescription pill. If progress continues, she is considering stopping insulin completely. But we are not there quite yet... 

These are huge blessings for us! Alan is sleeping better, eating better, energy to exercise and sugar levels are ranging consistently between 90 to 120. This has not been the norm and we are thrilled at these results!!!

Anyone following me want to see my results after 30 days on Plexus????

I have such a hard time putting my picture out there for everybody on Media world to see.... so I did it differently.

If you have been following or reading any of my posts, you know that Alan and I have been taking Plexus for 30 days. He has lost 28 pounds since July 5th, I have lost about 9. Our energy is amazing! We are eating better, sleeping better, no desire for junk food and I can focus better than ever in my life.

So I am sharing my results here... and this is ONLY 30 days! Can't wait till we both hit our goal weight and then maintain health and wellness!!!
