Anyone following me want to see my results after 30 days on Plexus????

I have such a hard time putting my picture out there for everybody on Media world to see.... so I did it differently.

If you have been following or reading any of my posts, you know that Alan and I have been taking Plexus for 30 days. He has lost 28 pounds since July 5th, I have lost about 9. Our energy is amazing! We are eating better, sleeping better, no desire for junk food and I can focus better than ever in my life.

So I am sharing my results here... and this is ONLY 30 days! Can't wait till we both hit our goal weight and then maintain health and wellness!!!
